Chai Chet Resort Koh Chang, Koh Chang

I had a wonderful experience at Chai Chet Resort, with clean rooms, friendly staff, and a fantastic beach location. The pool area is stunning and perfect for sunset views, while the staff went out of their way to accommodate our dietary needs. However, the resort is undergoing construction that was a bit disruptive, and the dining options could use some improvement, especially breakfast quality.

My stay at the resort was a mixed bag. While the beach villas offered breathtaking views and a lovely private deck, the service and food quality didn't quite match the expectations set by the beautiful surroundings. The pool was fantastic, but the lack of attention from the staff left me feeling uncomfortable at times. Overall, it was a beautiful place, but I encountered several issues that made my experience less enjoyable.

I was initially torn about staying here, but ultimately, I found that while there were some redeeming qualities like the pool and a lovely restaurant staff, the numerous negatives made it hard for me to fully enjoy my stay. The room had issues, particularly with cleanliness and comfort, which overshadowed the positives. I appreciated the beautiful beach close by, but overall, I wouldn't say it was a great experience.

The Grand Villas are truly exceptional, perched right by the ocean and offering a unique slice of paradise. While the accommodations and location are fantastic, the breakfast options fell short and could use significant improvement.
